The service

Daktar AI is a telehealth platform. AI helps organize symptoms, reports, refills, and health information so a BMDC-registered doctor can review the case. AI responses are not a substitute for medical advice.

Your responsibilities

You must: provide accurate information; obtain guardian consent if under 18; not use the platform as a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital.

Payments

A fee of ৳299 applies when a doctor reviews and approves your prescription request. No charge if the doctor declines. Payments are processed via bKash or Nagad.

Limitation of liability

Daktar AI does not guarantee clinical outcomes. We facilitate connection with BMDC-registered doctors. The prescribing doctor bears responsibility for the prescription. Daktar AI's liability is limited to the fee paid for that transaction.
