What we collect

We collect: your name, phone number, and email address; health information you share in AI chat or health intake forms; and device and browser metadata for session security. Personal health information is encrypted at rest.

How we use it

Your information is used to: provide AI triage and route you to a licensed doctor; send appointment confirmations via SMS and email; generate prescriptions and coordinate pharmacy delivery; improve our service. We do not sell your data.

Third-party sharing

We share only the minimum necessary data with BMDC-registered doctors assigned to your case, partner pharmacies that fulfill prescriptions, and payment processors for transactions. When AI processing is needed, personal identifiers are reduced before model calls.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
